Abroad for our customers

First of all our machines set off on their journey and then our technicians follow on behind:

In the last 12 months our technicians were abroad all over the world including the following countries...

• Belgium
• China
• India
• Iran
• Israel
• Italy
• Libya
• Slovenia
• Czech Republic
• Turkey
• USA

They installed our machines (Made in Germany) thousands of miles from home and to round off the service they provided the customers` technical staff with their own training programme. 

It is not always easy to be away from home for so long and this is only possible if you can totally identify yourself with your work and if you are convinced of your product.

One of our technicians describes it as follows:

”It is really stressful, the long flights and being away from family. Then you stand in front of your unpacked machine and you are totally busy in the next few days just assembling and installing it. However, once this new innovative and resource-saving machine is up and running and you also see the difference compared to earlier models or your competitors´ models then you really feel proud that you could contribute towards this success.
