Special training for our sales manager
Marcus Fink joined Power-Heat-Set as a sales assistant after his studies in May 2007. He was very enthusiastic about technology especially about our machines. He was trained by our technicians and our managing director. Because of his dedication he quickly acquired professional knowledge which qualified him not only to advise our customers with buying decisions but also to support them with technical problems via phone or email. Due to his good job performance Power-Heat-Set promoted Marcus Fink from our sales assistant to our sales manager.

Therefore our staff is continuously trained in technical knowledge and soft kills. In the case of Marcus Fink they decided to give him special training to understand the well-engineered technology down to the very last detail.
One of our most experienced technicians Jens Enger took him out for a several weeks service. Marcus learned a lot of about machine maintenance and the importance of regular and correct machine cleaning. Machine cleaning using the wrong methods could be the cause of different problems. Learning by doing is always the best method of instruction. Therefore Marcus cleaned one whole GVA himself.
The special training was very informative and successful for Marcus because he was able to widen his technical knowledge. After his return we asked Marcus about his opinion of his special training and he said: “That was an experience which I would do once again at anytime. I really learned a lot.”
