After lengthy and tough negotiations Resch Maschinenbau managed to take over the complete textile branch of the Hörauf company.
Because of this takeover Resch, together with its’ own textile machines, is able to produce and distribute whole production lines for the refinement of yarn. Resch has been one of the leaders of the market for years and can refer to over 700 installed machines.
Beside the textile machines for carpet yarns, Resch also produces very successful refinement machines for the field of fine yarns, which are also used a lot worldwide. To use the synergy effect in the field of distribution, service and replacement part supply even better, the step to bundle up all textile activities and to concentrate them in a new company was reasonable.
With the takeover of Hörauf’s net of distribution we have the worldwide access to the market. Which is very interesting in regard of new developments, on which we already work with success.
